Bunion Relief with Massage, Spiral Synergy™ and Essential Oils
Painful feet due to bunions can make daily life a real grind. It is hard to do all of the activities one would like to if foot pain restricts the length of time one can be on their feet. While surgical intervention has been successful for many, there may be more conservative options to consider.
This video introduces soft tissue techniques that can bring balance to the muscles in the leg and foot that may be contributing to the misaligned boney structure characteristic to bunion patterns. By applying these techniques on a regular basis to the affected tissues one may allow for a reduction of tension and return to a more balanced structure. A reduction of pain, inflammation and/or tension can lead to a more comfortable feeling when walking or standing and result in a better quality of life.
In this video the presenter demonstrates applying techniques to the leg and foot of a person with bunions. In addition, the presenter is shown teaching the model how to perform the techniques on oneself.
