Effective Massage of the Shoulder
Stress often calls the shoulders home. Many times we find ourselves wearing our shoulders up like ear rings. Rotator cuff muscles take a beating from exercise classes, weightlifting, house cleaning and truck driving. If you know someone who likes to ride motorcycles, you know someone who needs shoulder work. Muscle tension in the shoulders can lead to headache pain, neck stiffness, hand and wrist pain, elbow pain and back pain.
This video demonstrates effective massage techniques for working on someone else’s shoulders. Methods are shown for working on people who can only lay on their side.
