This network of easily located reflex areas can be self-activated with your finger tips to restore balance to and maintain normal function of major organs such as the heart, thyroid, kidneys, liver,  lungs and intestines.  These reflexes were discovered and mapped by osteopathic physician Dr. Frank Chapman over years of experience treating patients in his clinical medical practice in the early 1900’s.  The reflexes work through the nervous system to influence the disease fighting lymphatic system in the corresponding organs.  That is why they are called neurolymphatic reflexes.

Spiral Synergy™

Spiral Synergy is based upon the belief that all life forms have the natural, unconditional ability to self-heal. Often, through physical, emotional and or spiritual events we lose our connection with this ability. The distractions of everyday life blur our connection with self, with source and with the universe in which we exist. The self-healing capacity of the body works through a system of self-correcting reflexes. When these reflexes are engaged they continue to integrate change throughout the organism over several days.
